Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager with experience in the staffing industry to manage and grow client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of staffing solutions, client servicing, and talent acquisition. This role involves building long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring successful delivery, and identifying opportunities to expand business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand client requirements and ensure successful fulfillment of staffing needs
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback
- Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling of services
- Prepare and present performance reports and insights to clients
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients
- Ensure compliance with client-specific and industry regulations
- Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and professionally
Requirements :
Proven experience as an Account Manager in the staffing or recruitment industryStrong understanding of staffing processes, including sourcing, screening, and placementExcellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skillsAbility to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneouslyProblem-solving mindset with a client-first approachExperience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM toolsBachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (preferred)Preferred Skills :
Knowledge of industry-specific hiring needs (e.g., IT, healthcare, engineering, etc.)Experience in contract staffing, permanent placements, and / or MSP environmentsStrong negotiation and presentation skills
