Job Summary : We are seeking an Account Manager to manage our client relationships and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to their inquiries and concerns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and service.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects and to address client issues and concerns.
Monitor and analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to increase brand awareness.
Create compelling content calendars and schedules tailored to each client's target audience, industry trends, and marketing goals.
Conduct in-depth social media audits and performance analysis, providing regular insights and recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices, incorporating new techniques and technologies into client strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, account management, and digital marketing to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
Oversee social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, targeting, A / B testing, and performance tracking.
Assist in the preparation of client reports and presentations.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in client servicing and account management.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address client issues and concerns.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including but not limited to Excel & PowerPoint.
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and online advertising is a plus
