Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary Associate Creative Director – Design to lead and elevate our visual storytelling across digital, print, and motion platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on design expertise mentoring teams, refining creative outputs, and ensuring every visual aligns with brand intent and campaign goals.

This role requires a blend of creative direction, design craft, and leadership . You’ll collaborate closely with clients, strategists, copywriters, and production teams to conceptualize and deliver impactful brand narratives across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Direction & Design Leadership

• Lead the end-to-end design process across digital, social, print, and motion deliverables.
• Translate brand objectives and creative briefs into compelling visual storytelling and design systems.
• Review and refine design outputs to maintain consistency, quality, and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with creative directors, writers, and strategists to shape campaign concepts and visual direction.
