Role Description :
The Demand-side Product Manager at Hoopr will take full ownership of products that drive user adoption, engagement, and revenue growth. This includes leading initiatives such as Hoopr Smash and Hoopr.ai, modernizing existing systems, and building innovative, scalable solutions that can expand across markets. The ideal candidate will bring strong product leadership, technical proficiency, and a deep interest in the creator economy and digital consumer behaviour. They will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment, translate insights into product-led growth strategies, and leverage AI-driven approaches to improve personalization, discovery, and monetization. This is a high-impact role with direct accountability for shaping the demand side of Hoopr's business. - Lead initiatives such as Hoopr Smash and Hoopr.ai, building innovative, product-led solutions that drive user adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Identify gaps in existing systems, optimize legacy infrastructure, and build new products and features from the ground up with scalability in mind.
- Work hands-on with cross-functional teams across design, engineering, music, and business to deliver high-quality, impactful products.
- Continuously explore and integrate AI-driven tools and methods to improve user experience, personalization, recommendation systems, and overall product performance.
- Immerse yourself in the creator economy to understand user needs, market dynamics, and opportunities for product-led growth.
- Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritize effectively, and ensure timely execution of sprints with clear success metrics.
- Analyse product data, user feedback, and competitive insights to inform decisions, validate assumptions, and iterate quickly.
- Act as the custodian of user experience, ensuring that every feature aligns with customer needs and business objectives.
- Document key learnings, product updates, and vision to keep the organization aligned and informed.
- Build products for global audience, understand local nuances and localize offerings to suit needs of consumers from different Passionate about solving problems and building products that drive adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.
- 3-7 years of experience in Product Management, ideally with consumer-facing or product-led growth platforms.
- MBA from a tier-I business school preferred, but not mandatory if balanced with strong product experience.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, paired with strong execution discipline.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing short-term delivery with long-term vision.
- Deep understanding (or willingness to quickly learn) of the creator economy, content monetization, and emerging digital consumer trends.
- Strong communication skills to align internal stakeholders and clearly articulate product value propositions to creators, brands, and businesses.
- Technically proficient - able to work closely with engineering teams on implementation details and independently drive smaller builds.
- First-hand experience with agile methodologies and product tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, JIRA, Balsamiq, Figma).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define, track, and interpret key product metrics to inform decisions.
- Experience modernizing legacy systems while building innovative, revenue-impacting products from scratch.
- Awareness of AI / ML applications in personalization, recommendations, discovery, and workflow automation to unlock product-led growth.
