Reporting to : Director – Marketing and Product Management

Are you passionate about driving product strategy and business growth? Join our dynamic team as a Product Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping our product portfolio for the future!

What You’ll Do :

Lead market studies to gather customer insights and identify new product opportunities.

Define, plan, and manage product development / enhancement projects with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, manufacturing, sales).

Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including enhancements, modifications, and phase-out strategies.

Develop product positioning, placement, and pricing strategies based on market insights.

Support marketing with product messaging, collateral, and training content for sales teams and customers.

Analyze product performance metrics (sales, profit margins, market share, customer satisfaction) to drive improvements.

Present regular reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.

What We’re Looking For :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (academic excellence required). MBA or certifications in Project / Product Management are a plus.

Experience : 2–8 years in product development, product management, project management, or related roles. Experience working with cross-functional teams is essential. Automotive market knowledge is a plus.

Technical Skills : Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Soft Skills : Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
