Who Are We Looking For?
5+ years
of proven experience in
Sales / Pre-Sales
, preferably in the
EdTech industry
At least
3+ years
of experience managing large Sales / Pre-Sales teams across regions
Expertise in
sales funnel management

Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage
Regional Heads / State Heads, Senior Managers, and Managers
across 3+ states
Drive
sales-qualified lead generation
and
conversion targets
across products
Optimize
lead qualification funnels
and manage
Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC)
Monitor performance, analyze data, and implement continuous improvement strategies
Counsel prospective learners and guide them on career advancement through
CCBP 4.0 Programs
Maintain detailed databases of lead interactions and feedback loops
Handle
escalations
efficiently and enhance customer experience
Develop and implement
weekly and monthly targets
, performance reviews, and process enhancements
