Role Overview

The B2B Sales Head will lead the Retails and wholesale business for the

Shree Hari

brand. This role will drive revenue growth by building a strong B2B network of retail partners, and regional wholesalers

across EAST India . The incumbent will be responsible for sales strategy, retail expansion, key account management, sales team leadership, and achieving aggressive revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and implement the B2B sales strategy aligned with overall business goals.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective planning and execution.
  • Drive market penetration by expanding into new geographies, retail channels, and trade segments.

Channel Development & Expansion

  • Identify, onboard, and manage wholesalers, and retail partners across key markets.
  • Negotiate trade terms, margins to ensure profitable partnerships.
  • Develop and execute incentive schemes to motivate channel partners and boost sales.
  • Key Account Management

  • Build strong relationships with top retailers, large format stores..
  • Ensure timely order fulfilment, post-sales support for key accounts.
  • Sales Team Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing B2B sales team including Area Sales Managers, and Sales Officers.
  • Define sales territories, set KPIs, and monitor team performance regularly.
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to improve sales capabilities and market knowledge.
  • 5. Market Intelligence & Business Insights

  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay competitive.
  • Leverage data and analytics to optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotions.
  • Share actionable insights with marketing and product teams to improve design and campaigns.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Work closely with Marketing to plan trade marketing activities and BTL promotions for partners.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain & Operations to ensure on-time delivery and inventory availability.
  • Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong B2B sales leadership experience in fashion, lifestyle, jewellery, or FMCG, Beauty and cosmetics.
  • Ability to build and scale distribution networks across diverse markets.
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and P&L ownership.
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution capability and result orientation.
  • Excellent team management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Education & Experience

  • MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Relevant field .
  • 12–20 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in B2B leadership roles in fashion, jewellery, accessories, or FMCG industries.
  • Proven track record of scaling distribution networks and achieving aggressive revenue targets.
