Zonal Portfolio Manager – West (Wheels)

Location : Pune ( Sitting )

(with coverage across Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP)

Experience : 12–20 Years |

CTC : 25 to 30 LPA

Base Location : Pune

What You'll Own :

✅ Drive collections strategy for wheels

✅ Lead regional teams and field agencies for recovery operations

✅ Manage legal recoveries – demand notices, SARFAESI, suits, arbitration

✅ Ensure compliance with RBI norms and internal policies

✅ Collaborate with Credit / Product teams on risk & portfolio insights

Recovery % (bucket-wise / vintage)

Reduction in 30+ / 60+ / 90+ delinquency

Legal resolution outcomes

Cost of Collection (COC)

Agency productivity & compliance

Who You Are :

Graduate / MBA with 12–20 years in wheels collections

Sound knowledge of legal processes (SARFAESI, arbitration, suit filings)

Proven experience in team leadership, MIS & stakeholder management

Regional knowledge of Western India (Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP) preferred
