Senior Engineering Manager - Infrastructure

Job descriptionDrive adoption of cloud-native solutions across product teams. Guide infrastructure evolution as the monolith is refactored. Solve large-scale deployment and availability challenges. Advocate for infrastructure needs company-wide and maintain reliability standards.
Key Deliverables :
- Lead Traffic and CI / CD Infrastructure teams to support scalable production systems.
- Define and implement technical strategy for AWS, Kubernetes, and CI / CD tooling.
- Optimize infrastructure for performance, cost, and scalability across multiple regions.
- Hire, mentor, and develop senior engineers, building a high-performance culture.
