Engineering Manager,Core Infrastructure

Job descriptionExtensive cloud experience with one of the major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, OCI, Google). Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience managing managers. Over 15 years of experience in software development. Proven ability in defining and driving complex initiatives / projects. Experience in hiring top talent and building teams from the ground up. Expertise in operations (metrics, alarming, paging, and service availability). Capability to thrive in a high-autonomy and high-responsibility environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the reliability and availability of tier-0 services.
- Collaborate with team members to define the vision and roadmap.
- Manage and cultivate top talent to consistently deliver significant impact.
- Establish and promote operational best practices within your organization.
- Partner with various customers and stakeholders across Stripe.
