Job descriptionDevelop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration. Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales team in acquiring new clients. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and effectively manage the sales cycle Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, advertising agencies, and media buyers. Understand client needs and provide tailored advertising solutions to meet their objectives. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to the senior management team. Make recommendations for sales strategies and process improvements based on market insights. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, editorial, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople Must have at least 8 years of experience in digital media sales, advertising & branded content Demonstrated experience in scaling up business operations Prior experience as profit centre head is desired. Seasoned and successful leader, preferably with experience in a major & complex industry or organization in a competitive market segment. Carry good business acumen to help with the growth of the organization Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Should be target oriented High level of integrity and work ethic. A good people manager to ensure everyone is motivated
