Role Overview
As our Creative Head, you'll be at the heart of campaign ideation, execution, and team leadership. From conceptualising high-impact influencer campaigns to overseeing creative assets across platforms, you'll shape how brands speak in the digital world. You'll collaborate closely with strategy, client servicing, and influencer teams to make magic happen—on time and on point.
Key Responsibilities :
- Campaign Ideation & Strategy : Lead creative brainstorming sessions and build compelling campaign narratives that align with client goals and current digital trends.
- Execution Oversight : Own the execution of influencer-led campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring creative consistency and excellence.
- Creative Development : Direct the creation of digital content, scripts, storyboards, social media assets, and influencer briefs.
- Social Media Supervision : Oversee the planning and execution of brand and agency social media strategies—across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Team Management : Mentor, inspire, and manage a team of designers, copywriters, and junior creatives to elevate the creative output.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with internal departments (accounts, strategy, influencer relations) to align creative with business objectives.
- Trend spotting : Stay ahead of cultural, digital, and influencer trends to fuel fresh, relevant, and engaging ideas.

3–5 years of experience in a creative leadership or senior creative role at a digital, advertising, or influencer marketing agency.Proven experience in campaign ideation, creative direction, and execution.Strong portfolio of social media campaigns, influencer content, and branded storytelling.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficient in working with design and content teams using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc. (not mandatory but a plus).A keen understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and what works on each.To Apply :
