They are looking for a process-driven Client Servicing Head who thrives on execution, stakeholder management, and campaign delivery at scale. You'll be the engine behind seamless campaign rollouts across OTT and digital platforms, managing timelines, expectations, and outcomes end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution and delivery of branded content campaigns.
- Be the primary point of contact for brand clients once a campaign is sold - owning timelines, expectations, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment.
- Work closely with internal departments (creative, production, sales, strategy, talent) to translate sold concepts into smoothly executed campaigns.
- Ensure operational rigor in campaign planning, scheduling, approvals, and post-campaign wrap-ups.
- Identify upsell opportunities during campaign execution and collaborate with sales teams to drive incremental revenue from existing clients.
- Track real-time progress of multiple live campaigns, flagging risks early and solving for blockers proactively.
- Build strong working relationships with agencies and clients by driving reliable, efficient execution and timely delivery.
- Drive campaign excellence and client satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor a team of servicing and execution managers to scale delivery operations efficiently.
- Prior experience handling execution-heavy roles within media agencies, content production houses, or digital media platforms.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns, tight timelines, and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
