Key Responsibilities :
- Define and align functional and technical vision for program solutions as a key leader and proactive collaborator.
- Participate in identifying systems, subsystems, interfaces, validate technology assumptions, and evaluate alternatives.
- Align product roadmap and features with Oracle's new release cycles, business enhancements, and production break-fix solutions.
- Lead and oversee end-to-end SDLC processes from requirement intake, design, build, testing, to deployment.
- Work closely with Portfolio Managers and pod roles (Business Analysts, Integration Specialists, QA, etc.) to contribute to strategic planning and goal setting.
- Drive deployment of customer workloads to Oracle Cloud, providing guidance and recommendations to overcome blockers.
- Engage with internal and external partners to drive Oracle Cloud adoption and deliver successful customer outcomes.
- Develop and manage long-term Oracle customer relationships across large accounts or a small number of medium accounts.
- Collaborate with Sales and delivery teams to identify appropriate solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Coordinate delivery of Oracle Services, ensuring effective use of resources, meeting contract terms, margin, and revenue objectives.
- Identify new opportunities, support contract renewals, and establish delivery governance models with customers.
- Act as point of contact for major incidents, managing communication and customer expectations.
- Conduct Service Account Planning, Account Reviews, and perform scope and risk management.
- May take project lead responsibilities as required.
