Customer Support Intern

We have an exciting opportunity for the position of Customer Support Intern in Bengaluru location. It is an Internship and work from office opportunity.

Skills and Experience Required :

Tracking and monitoring all incoming shipment boxes.

Diligently going over the checklist when samples arrive.

Maintaining accurate and complete records of all samples received.

Recording and managing every sample in the Laboratory Information and Management System (LIMS).

Communicating with clinicians through emails and telephonic conversations regarding samples.

Coordinating and handing over the samples for further processing to the laboratory team.

Performing calling activity for Pre-PSR (Pre–Patient Sample Receipt) confirmation to ensure readiness and reduce errors.

Handling discrepancy clearance by coordinating with internal teams and clinicians to resolve sample / document-related issues.

Generating daily MIS reports and other ad-hoc reports as per requirements.

Educational Qualification :

Bachelors or Diploma in Medical Laboratory
