Key Responsibilities :

• Engage with prospects and follow up on leads to assist in closing sales
• Support walk-in customers at the store, understanding their needs and suggesting suitable products
• Assist the store team in daily operations and customer service
• Shadow and learn from experienced sales staff to understand the full sales cycle
• Help maintain store presentation, displays, and inventory records
• Collect and relay customer feedback to the sales and product teams
