Job Summary :
We are looking for a Growth Leader who will spearhead recruitment, talent management, and organizational growth initiatives for our Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Public Equities and Founder's Office & REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)
- Prior Investment Banking / Venture Capital / Private Equity experience OR Prior experience working in a top tier executive search firm focused on Investment Banking / Venture Capital / Private Equity Hiring
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IB / PE / VC / Executive Search role
- Ability to independently build talent pipeline, manage hiring process, negotiate and onboard candidates across levels
- Genuine passion for building the firm's talent strategy as a key growth lever for the firm
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
End-to-End Talent Acquisition : Lead and manage the hiring process for our IB, PE, VC, Public Equities, and Founder's Office divisions.Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence : Proactively track talent pools and key industry movements at mid-to-senior levels in the IB, PE, and VC sectors.Pipeline Development : Build a strong talent pipeline and work toward productizing junior-level hiring.Culture Development : Shape our workplace culture by studying and implementing best practices from industry leaders.Compensation & Incentives : Provide strategic input on our incentive structure by analyzing industry-wide compensation trends and best practices.(ref : iimjobs.com)
