Job Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting strategy and planning to grow diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for both immediate and future needs.
• Partner with sourcing recruiters to calibrate talent profiles, identify strong candidates, and share market insights with hiring teams to fine-tune recruiting approaches.
• Advise and coach hiring managers using your expertise in market trends and competitive intelligence.
• Own the candidate closing strategy in collaboration with hiring managers—tailoring your approach based on each candidate's background and priorities.
• Manage multiple open roles simultaneously while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Use recruiting metrics to guide decisions, improve processes, and drive efficiency.
