Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a TELE Caller night shift merchant cash advance , based in the Kolkata metropolitan area with some work-from-home flexibility. The TELE Caller will engage in making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and generating potential leads for business development. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of communication, providing product or service information, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and achieving assigned sales or interaction targets. Additionally, the role involves active follow-ups to ensure effective communication and converting prospects into clients.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
• Experience in customer handling, relationship building, or lead generation through outbound calling.
• Proficiency in maintaining organized records and utilizing CRM tools or databases effectively.
• Ability to meet sales targets and KPIs through structured follow-ups and persuasive communication.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office or similar tools.
• Adaptability to hybrid work modes and flexibility in managing a mix of in-person and remote responsibilities.
• Prior experience in BPO or call center environments is an advantage but not mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
