Assistant Manager- Sales Training

Job Title : Sales Trainer Location : Hyderabad Job Description We are hiring an experienced Automobile Sales Trainer for one of Motorcycles Client to train and develop dealership sales manpower. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of 2W sales processes, product features, and customer handling skills. Experience Required 8–10 years of total experience. Minimum 5–6 years of experience as an Automobile Sales Trainer (preferably in 2-Wheeler industry). Must have prior experience working in a dealership as a Sales Executive. Key Responsibilities Conduct Sales and Product Training for Dealership Sales Consultants. Deliver Soft Skills Training for dealership manpower. Ensure completion and certification of trainings as per OEM standards. Deliver New Product Launch Trainings and plan training budgets. Conduct sessions through classroom and digital learning modes. Deliver Competitive Brand Knowledge and On-the-Job Sales Training. Conduct market visits to competitor brands and create training content based on insights. Follow up with DSEs for e-learning course completion. Maintain training effectiveness with at least 70% DSE passing percentage. Achieve monthly man-day training targets as defined by OEM.
