"Key Responsibilities : - Drive end-to-end sales cycles for B2B, B2C, and C2C clients in the Shopify and eCommerce domain.- Identify, qualify, and convert leads into long-term partnerships, focusing on Shopify merchants and eCommerce businesses.- Develop tailored pitches highlighting Mastroke’s digital marketing, Shopify store development, and growth services.- Manage the USA shift sales pipeline, ensuring consistent outreach, follow-ups, and closures.- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, development, paid media, SEO, content, etc.) to align client requirements with solutions.- Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth strategy.- Monitor market trends, competitors, and Shopify ecosystem updates to refine sales strategies.- Build trust-based relationships with decision-makers and position Mastroke as a growth partner.Requirements : - 5+ years of proven sales experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or the Shopify ecosystem, handling B2B, B2C, and C2C segments.- Strong understanding of Shopify store setup, customization, apps, integrations, and digital marketing channels (SEO, Paid Ads, Email, SMM).- Experience in selling agency services and Mastroke solutions to US-based clients.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.- Ability to independently manage the US shift and deliver results in a target-driven environment.- Familiarity with CRM tools (Freshworks, Hubspot, or similar).- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client pain points and propose value-driven solutions.- Proven expertise in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, and similar tools.Preferred Skills : - Existing network in the Shopify / eCommerce ecosystem.- Exposure to international sales (USA, UK, Canada markets).- Experience in both outbound and inbound sales processes.- Strong presentation skills with the ability to run product / service demos.- Should have the capability to convert deals and provide solutions according to the client's business needs.- Should be aware and demonstrate smart thinking in utilizing AI tools as per business needs, and aggressively focus on achieving targets.What We Offer : - Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.- Opportunity to work with a rapidly growing Shopify-focused agency.- Exposure to global eCommerce businesses and cutting-edge digital marketing practices.- Collaborative and growth-oriented culture.- 5-day working week (Monday to Friday, USA shift).- This role involves direct reporting to top management.
