We are pushing the boundaries of the EV industry with our Direct Contact Liquid Cooling (DCLC) thermal management, integrated cell-to-pack (CTP) architecture, and proprietary dynamic charging algorithms running on a custom-engineered in-house battery management system.

Role Overview
As the Operation Manager - Manufacturing, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of plant-level manufacturing operations, ensuring production efficiency, quality standards, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to safety and environmental regulations. You will play a key role in scaling operations and implementing best-in-class manufacturing practices to support the company's growth.
Role Description and Key Responsibilities
The role involves tasks including but not limited to -
Production Management :
- Plan, schedule, and manage daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets.
- Oversee the execution of production plans, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality output.
- Monitor shop floor activities to optimize efficiency, reduce downtime, and eliminate bottlenecks.
Process Optimization :
Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.Lead efforts to digitize production tracking and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.Team Leadership & Development :
Lead and develop a team of production supervisors, engineers, and operators.Set clear goals, provide coaching, and conduct performance reviews.Drive a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous learning.Quality, Safety & Compliance :
Ensure compliance with ISO, BIS, and company quality standards across the plant.Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices on the shop floor.Coordinate with QA / QC and maintenance teams to address product or process deviations.Resource & Inventory Management :
Coordinate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials.Minimize waste and manage inventory levels effectively using ERP systems.Track production costs and work towards cost-reduction without compromising quality.Cross-functional Collaboration :
Work closely with R&D, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams for new product introductions (NPI) and process development.Support capacity expansion projects, factory layout changes, and automation initiatives.Desired Qualifications and Experience :
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Production Engineering. (MBA / PGDM in Operations or Industrial Management is a plus)5-6 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in clean tech, EV, battery, or electronics manufacturing.Proven leadership in managing medium to large-scale manufacturing teams.Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MES platforms.Desired Skills and Attributes :
Strong leadership, planning, and organizational abilities.Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and modern manufacturing practices.Proficiency in production metrics, root cause analysis, and performance reporting.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Understanding of electrical safety, EHS compliance, and energy storage systems is a strong plusLocation :
