Job Purpose
The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for driving franchise growth by managing investor leads, nurturing relationships, and ensuring timely closures. This role bridges strategy and execution — actively managing the franchise sales funnel, supporting the franchise head in expansion plans, and ensuring seamless on-boarding of partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Franchise Development & Sales
- Manage the franchise sales funnel from inquiry to agreement closure.
- Identify and build a strong pipeline of investors and prospects.
- Conduct franchise presentations, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Support in negotiations and finalize deals as per approved terms.
2. Market Expansion
Research and analyze new markets for franchise growth.Collaborate with consultants, brokers, and networks to generate leads.Represent DC Studio in franchise expos, events, and business networking platforms.3. Investors & Partner Relations
Build trust-based relationships with franchise prospects and partners.Ensure smooth on-boarding of new franchisees in coordination with operations, training, and marketing teams.Act as a point of contact for franchise queries until handover to operations.4. Reporting & Compliance
Maintain accurate records of leads, closures, and pipeline progress.Submit weekly / monthly reports on closures, lead conversions, and revenue generated.Ensure franchise documentation and compliance are completed timely.5. Team Collaboration
Work closely with Franchise Sales Executives and On-boarding Executives.Share best practices, ensure alignment with targets, and support the franchise head in meeting overall business goals.Qualification & Skills
MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development (preferred).4–7 years of experience in franchise development, sales, or business expansion.Proven track record of franchise closures and lead management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong networking ability with investors and consultants.Willingness to travel frequently for meetings and business development.Relevant Experience
Experience in B2B franchise development (Retail, F&B, and Fitness, Cleaning, or Service sectors).Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end franchise sales cycle (lead generation to closure).Exposure to lead management systems / CRM tools for tracking and reporting.Compensation & Benefits
CTC : 3.60 – 4.80 LPA (or as per experience).Working Hours : 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM (or similar).Other Benefits : Travel reimbursement, allowances, incentives, growth opportunities.Additional / Preferred
