Working as an Implementation specialist is a highly variable role which includes a broad range of different tasks. The primary responsibility is to act as an application- and solution specialist for the platform ONESOURCE Pagero. As an Implementation specialist, you work both independently and in together in teams, since you will be working with several projects in parallel.
About the Role
- 3-5 years in IT integrations and configuration, preferably in e-invoicing.
- Understanding of the AP / AR lifecycle and compliance regulations in the EU / APAC region for e-invoicing.
- Deliver end-user and super-user training; make decisions on configurations and troubleshooting.
- Act as a specialist in large, cross-functional implementation and partner projects.
- Contribute to project plans and timelines.
- Resolve customer support issues.
- Engage with internal teams (product, sales, support) and partner organizations.
- Assist with presales activities like software demos and prospect scoping.
- Customize and configure applications as per specifications.
- Design, develop, and document project deliverables according to timelines and budgets.
- Involve in application configuration, implementation, and testing.
