Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Showrunners, Producers, Writers, and external creative partners to evaluate and shape projects for long-term viability.
- Guide creative development, pre-production, and production workflows while ensuring a high standard of storytelling and execution.
- Work with Finance, Legal, Business Affairs, Product, Post, and production teams to set schedules, workflows, and budgets that maximize on-screen value.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across varying stages—from development to delivery—within a fast-paced production environment.
- Build strong relationships with producing partners, third-party creators, and regional creative ecosystems.
- Maintain unwavering attention to creative detail, solving problems proactively and in the best interest of the project and company.
- Navigate a high-volume slate with sensitivity, strong judgment, and initiative while collaborating with diverse creative and production partners.
