Job Title : Key Account Manager – E-commerce & Q-commerce

About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to lead our e-commerce and q-commerce growth journey. The role demands ownership of revenue delivery, platform management, and performance optimization across leading marketplaces like Amazon, Blinkit, and others. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of hands-on experience in managing e-commerce operations, with proven expertise in driving consistent sales growth. Experience in Q-commerce will be a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Manage day-to-day operations across e-commerce and q-commerce platforms.

2. Achieve and exceed monthly / annual revenue targets with consistent 10–15% MoM growth.

3. Identify and onboard new platforms to expand reach and sales.

4. Oversee product listing, cataloging, and content optimization on all platforms.

5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely in-bound and supply chain readiness.

6. Conduct weekly / monthly business reviews with platform partners.

7. Organize sales data systematically and deliver actionable reports.

8. Track and optimize key metrics – Conversion Rate, AOV, CTR, CAC, ACOS, ROAS, Revenue, Units, Spends, Sessions, etc.

9. Propose and implement campaign and offer improvements based on performance insights.

10. Own P&L accountability for e-commerce, including ad spend efficiency and ROI.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • 3–5 years of proven success in e-commerce account management.
  • Strong exposure to Amazon / e-marketplace operations; q-commerce experience is an advantage.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and take decisions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial approach with accountability for business outcomes.
