Lead Vessel Performance

Position Overview :

Smart Ship© Hub Digital is looking for experienced professionals with strong technical analytical and communication skills having exposure to Marine / Oil & gas sector who are excited enough to work and share their experience with fairly young & dynamic Vessel Performance Team. The Vessel Performance Manager will be responsible for optimizing the operational efficiency and performance of our fleet. This role requires a deep understanding of vessel systems data analysis and a proactive approach to enhancing overall vessel performance.

Must Have :

• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Research and data analysis preferably on tools like MS Excel ableau Power BI Python
• Hands-on attitude and good stakeholder management skills.
• Proven to be hard working reliable self-motivated and flexible with an ability to work in a fast-paced and result oriented environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as being an excellent team member.
• Knowledge of Performance systems will be an added advantage.
• Can work efficiently across diverse and multicultural teams.
• Enhanced problem-solving skills and interest in resolving challenges with innovative solutions and maximizing resources.
• Ability to influence / lead discussions with stakeholders in achieving results.
