Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for plots / land projects. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure consistent performance and goal achievement. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through networking, referrals, and market research. Conduct site visits with clients, explain project details, and close sales effectively. Manage end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure and documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to stay competitive. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address client concerns promptly. Requirements : Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in plot or land sales. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Excellent knowledge of local property laws, documentation, and land registration processes. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Preferred Skills : Experience in handling large-scale residential & NA land projects. Established client network in the real estate industry. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
