Role : Agile Delivery Manager / Scrum Master Healthcare SaaS

Location : Hyderabad

Role Summary :

Drive Agile delivery execution for OnPoints healthcare platform programs. Coordinate sprint planning, backlog prioritization, cross-functional communication, issue resolution, and release readiness. Ensure predictable delivery and quality across engineering, QA, data, AI / ML, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more product engineering squads.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies (planning, daily standups, reviews, retros).
• Maintain and groom product backlogs in collaboration with Product Managers.
• Track delivery progress, risks, blockers, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate across AI / ML, full-stack, QA automation, DevSecOps, and product teams.
• Ensure definition of ready / definition of done standards are met.
• Support release management, deployment readiness, and post-release QA cycles.
• Maintain project documentation, velocity reports, and stakeholder updates.
• Promote secure engineering and workflow standards, including NIST SSDF adherence.
