Ensure profile quality, timely submissions, and adherence to client SLAs, including TAT, accuracy, and compliance standards.

Pipeline & Workforce Planning

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines; forecast hiring needs and allocate recruiter bandwidth efficiently.

Stakeholder Reporting & Escalation Handling

Prepare daily / weekly dashboards, track delivery metrics, and address challenges, escalations, or bottlenecks proactively.
