Senior Technical Project Manager - Agile Methodologies

Responsibilities :

• Own and manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, defining project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor and control project scope, schedule, and financials to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring transparent communication and timely updates.
• Drive the delivery of high-quality cloud and AI solutions by collaborating with technical leads, business analysts, developers, and QA teams.
• Prepare and share weekly status reports, financial summaries, and management updates.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.
• Manage project dependencies and represent your project in cross-functional forums.
• Apply deep technical understanding of software delivery practices, KPIs, and quality measures to oversee technical execution.
• Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions, with a strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Look for opportunities to expand project scope or establish multi-phase engagement within the same client.
