What you’ll own
- Manage GT & MT distributor / retailer relationships.
- Plan and execute trade activations, merchandising, and in‑store marketing.
- Monitor sales by region, channel, retailer; feed insights back into marketing & supply chain.
- Coordinate with marketing for local promotions, shopper activations.
- Forecast demand and manage stock across channels.
- Track sales growth, distributor margin, trade spend ROI, and market share.
What we expect
3‑4 years experience in GT / MT or trade sales & marketing, FMCG preferred.Strong grasp of trade promotions, merchandising, and field sales dynamics.Comfortable with travel and field interactions.Analytical mindset — sales data, margin, trade spend evaluation.Bachelor’s degree in business / commerce / marketing; MBA / similar a plus.What success looks like

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree minimum; prefer Business / Commerce / Marketing / Economics / Engineering. Master’s / MBA / relevant certifications add weight.
Experience : For this payband, realistically 3-5 yrs (in some cases 5-6 if heavily relevant / strong).Skills : Data literacy, excellent communication, sense of ownership, ability to multitask, fast turnaround.
