Function : Application Development / Summary :
We are seeking a seasoned Manager IT Application Engineering to take ownership of delivering scalable, secure, and robust cloud-based enterprise applications. This leadership role requires mandatory experience in software development and at least 2+ years in a technical leadership role. The Manager will be responsible for leading and mentoring technical teams through the full SDLC, driving modern delivery practices (Agile, DevOps), and ensuring technical and operational excellence across high-volume, multi-channel Responsibilities : Leadership and Team Management :
- Lead and mentor technical teams through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), fostering a culture of high performance and technical rigor.
- Provide necessary oversight and guidance for incident management, troubleshooting, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across application portfolios.
- Collaborate effectively with architects, business analysts, and external vendors to design and deliver robust, high-quality technical Strategy and Process :
- Drive and enforce modern software delivery practices, including DevOps, Agile, and Waterfall, tailored for high-volume, multi-channel applications.
- Ensure strict adherence to development best practices, technical documentation, and overarching company standards across all projects.
- Manage and maintain the integrity of enterprise-level solutions, utilizing strong experience with the SDLC and DevOps and Technology :
- Oversee the architectural design of solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and cloud-based.
- Apply technical expertise in software development (Web / Mobile / Enterprise Applications) to guide design and implementation :
- Education (Mandatory) : Bachelors in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems (CIS), or a related technical field.
- Technical Experience (Mandatory) : Mandatory experience in software development (across Web, Mobile, and / or Enterprise Leadership Experience (Mandatory) : Minimum 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Process Skills : Strong, practical experience with SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies, specifically within the context of enterprise-level Skills :
- Proven experience in systems analysis, IT consulting, or vendor management.
- Functional or technical knowledge of large enterprise applications such as ERP, PeopleSoft, or BI / Analytics tools.
- Experience with EDI / B2B integrations and relevant data exchange standards.
- Familiarity with formal process frameworks, particularly ITIL frameworks, and experience with cloud-based development and deployment.
- Proven supervisory experience and successful interaction with senior leadership to influence technology strategy.
