Cloud & DevOps Engineering Manager

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of progressive experience in technology, with at least 3 years managing multiple engineering teams
• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field
• Demonstrated expertise in building large-scale automation solutions using Python, Go, or similar languages
• Strong track record creating self-healing infrastructure and automated recovery systems
• Hands-on experience developing custom automation tools and frameworks beyond off-the-shelf solutions
• Advanced knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with focus on automation services
• Expertise in infrastructure automation using Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent IaC tools
• Proven experience building sophisticated CI / CD pipelines with advanced branching strategies and quality gates
• Strong command of Linux systems, networking principles, and shell scripting for automation tasks
• Experience automating security compliance checks and implementing automated remediation

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with AI / ML-based automation for predictive operations or intelligent monitoring
• Cloud certifications with focus on automation services
• Background in developing event-driven automation systems
• Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) tools
• Expertise in GitOps methodologies and tools
