CTC :  2.5 LPA - 3LPA

Role Overview : The Retail Incharge will be responsible for driving sales and business growth by engaging and building strong relationships with key influencers such as plumbers, contractors, architects, builders, procurement managers, and town planners. The role demands proactive networking, sales generation, and coordination across departments to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities (KRA) :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers — plumbers, contractors, architects, builders, procurement managers, and town planners — to generate consistent sales.
  • Identify business opportunities within assigned territories and proactively close sales deals.
  • Conduct regular site visits, meetings, and product presentations to promote Shankara Buildpro's offerings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the supply chain, finance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer service.
  • Track and analyze influencer engagement, sales conversion, and territory performance metrics.
  • Provide market insights and competitor updates to the management for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure proper in-store merchandising, stock availability, and adherence to retail standards.
  • Handle escalations and resolve customer or influencer issues promptly.
  • Support marketing initiatives, influencer engagement programs, and on-ground activations to drive brand visibility.
  • Key Skills & Competencies :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-oriented with strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to build and sustain long-term professional relationships.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Cross-functional coordination and team collaboration skills.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and construction / building material industry (preferred).
  • Qualifications & Experience :

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–6 years of experience in retail sales, influencer management, or channel sales — preferably in building materials, hardware, paints, or construction-related industries.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
