Role Overview :

The Store Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the overall operations of the retail store. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring superior customer experience, maintaining stock levels, and managing store staff efficiently while upholding brand standards and operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
• Drive sales and profitability by achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards and handle escalated customer queries effectively.
• Manage and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals and maintain team morale.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
• Implement retail loss prevention and shrinkage control measures.
• Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising standards, and brand presentation.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports and share insights with the regional office.
• Schedule staff shifts, track attendance, and ensure efficient manpower utilization.
• Coordinate with the backend, logistics, and supply chain teams for smooth operations.
• Identify training needs and facilitate staff development programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, audit, and operational standards.
• Continuously monitor market trends and customer preferences to enhance store performance.
