Corporate Account Management team

to strengthen customer relationships and drive business growth.

Role : Account Manager – Corporate (RBD Business)

We are looking for

young, dynamic professionals

who are passionate about building relationships, delivering outstanding service, and driving customer success.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of medium to large corporate customers with

100% focus on retention and growth .

Build strong client relationships through

daily / regular customer visits

and consistent engagement.

Deliver

best-in-class service

with 24x7 availability and solution orientation.

Drive

cross-selling and upselling

of DCGpac’s portfolio across packaging, procurement solutions, and services.

Understand client needs, create value propositions, and ensure seamless customer experience.

Work closely with internal teams (procurement, logistics, design, finance) to ensure smooth delivery.

Track, report, and achieve growth targets for each assigned customer.

Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience

in CRM, Account Management, or Key Account Management.

Graduate from a

reputed university ; MBA / Engineer preferred.

Pleasing personality, excellent communication & presentation skills.

Strong

relationship management & service orientation

mindset.

High IQ, self-driven, and ability to operate with speed and precision.

Proven track record of

servicing medium to large corporate clients.

Willingness for frequent customer visits and high availability.
