Job descriptionOversee creation of high-quality content including blogs, videos, infographics, email campaigns, landing pages, and course materials. Ensure content is optimized for SEO, readability, and platform-specific best practices. Collaborate with product, sales, and academic teams to align messaging and tone. Craft compelling narratives that resonate with learners, parents, and educators. Develop content that simplifies complex educational concepts and promotes learning outcomes. Drive engagement through storytelling, testimonials, and interactive formats. Use analytics tools to track content performance and user engagement. A / B test headlines, formats, and CTAs to improve conversion rates. Continuously refine content based on feedback, trends, and performance data. Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels. Ensure content reflects the company's mission, values, and educational philosophy. 7+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or editorial leadership. Proven track record in B2C and EdTech content creation and campaign success. Strong understanding of SEO, content analytics, and digital marketing funnels. Excellent storytelling, editing, and communication skills. Experience managing teams and working cross-functionally. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, WordPress, and LMS platforms. A mission-driven culture focused on impact and innovation. Data-driven Content Leader to spearhead our content strategy and execution across B2C and EdTech verticals. This role demands a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, learning journeys, and digital storytelling to drive engagement, brand authority, and conversions.
