Role Overview :
As the Head of Intelligent Automation, you will be responsible for executing and maintaining a sustainable and scalable Intelligent Automation program. This program will integrate cutting-edge technologies such as RPAs, Chatbots, AI / ML (including generative AI), and Agentic AI Workflow solutions (ECM), among others. Your role will involve driving the vision and strategy for enterprise automation to continuously improve, increase adoption, and expand automation programs within the Mindsprint organization. Additionally, you will enable automation as a "Go to market" proposition. You will collaborate with various internal business units, technology teams, sales organization, and the marketing organization to identify, conceptualize, and communicate transformational automation opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
Practice Leadership & Growth
- Define and execute the Intelligent Automation CoE practice strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify growth areas across industries and geographies and work closely with CBO team.
- Present Automation CoE Capabilities and art of the possible in events and to potential customers
- Own P&L for the Intelligent Automation practice and contribute to revenue targets.
Delivery Management
Oversee Automation solution delivery and ensure adherence to quality, timelines, and cost.Set best practices, reusable components, and standard frameworks.Act as an escalation point for high-impact projects.Solutioning & Pre-sales
Support pre- sales with RFP / RFI responses, PoCs, client presentations, and proposals.Architect end-to nd automation solutions using various technologies such as RPAs, Chatbots, AI / ML, Gen AI, Agentic AI Workflow solutions (ECM), among othersWork closely with other practices and CBO team to shape pipeline.Capability Building
Build and mentor a high-performing team (developers, BAs, architects).Partner with L&D to create training roadmaps and certifications.Keep the team updated with evolving Intelligent automation trends.Bring in the latest and best of new age technologies into the Intelligent Automation CoE and continue to expand the Art of possibleTechnology Partnerships
Manage strategic partnerships with vendors (e.g., UiPath, AA, OpenText MS Power Platform).Stay current with product updates and influence roadmap adoption.Key Skills & Experience :
15+ years in IT services / consulting with at least 10 years in Intelligent Automation.Hands-on experience with one or more RPA tools : UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Azzure Services, Agentic AI frameworks Open Text, BPMStrong understanding of process mining, document understanding, OCR (MS IDP, UiPath IXP), and no-code, low-code platforms.Proven track record in leading Automation CoEs, scaling teams, and delivering large automation programs.Excellent client engagement, solutioning, and leadership skills.Demonstrated project management skills and familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies and techniques.Minimum 5 years of experience in managing the automation practice and a large team for an IT Services / GIC / GSS organizationAble to translate new ideas into solutions including opportunity identification, requirement development, delivery, support analysis, and documentationStrong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, leadership skills, analytical and logical, ability to deal with customers / stakeholders directlyCertifications in Automation tools are preferred.
