Job descriptionCollaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog. Support cross-functional coordination and manage dependencies across projects. Track and report team metrics, sprint progress, and overall project health. Identify and remove impediments to team progress; escalate issues as needed. Coordinate across time zones to ensure effective communication among distributed teams. Facilitate alignment across multiple Agile teams working on interdependent projects. Ensure adherence to medical industry standards, including documentation practices, regulatory requirements, and data privacy protocols. Utilize Microsoft Project for planning, tracking, and reporting across multiple initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification. SAFe certifications such as SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM). 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, managing multiple teams / projects. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Experience working with distributed teams across different time zones. Familiarity with medical industry documentation standards (HL7, FHIR, HIPAA compliance). Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps). Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project for project planning and resource management.
This role is responsible for leading multiple Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices, and supporting cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality solutions. The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, coach teams, and ensure compliance with medical industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Agile Leadership & Facilitation
- Serve as Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams, promoting Agile principles and practices.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
- Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
