Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced IT Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of IT professionals across various domains, ensuring timely and quality hires that align with Teceze's service delivery needs and growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers, project leads, and account managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Source candidates using various channels such as job boards (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster), internal database, employee referrals, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders or clients.
- Manage and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
- Negotiate salary and benefits with candidates in alignment with company policies.
- Ensure timely onboarding and smooth transition of selected candidates into projects.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements (Bench Management).
- Stay updated on market trends, new technologies, and sourcing strategies.
- Represent Teceze at recruitment drives, job fairs, and virtual events when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of proven experience as an IT Recruiter (in-house or with a staffing agency).Deep understanding of IT roles such as Service Desk, Infrastructure Support, Network Engineers, AV Engineers, Project Managers, Cloud Consultants, etc.Experience in hiring for managed services and contract staffing models (e.g., FTE, T&M, SOW).Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and Excel-based reporting.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.Experience in global recruitment (UK, USA, EU, APAC) is a plus.Show more
