Sr. Power Platform Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and implement canvas and model-driven Power Apps tailored to business needs.

Create optimize and maintain Power Automate flows to streamline and automate business processes.

Integrate Power Apps and Power Automate with SharePoint Online Microsoft Teams Outlook Dataverse and external APIs .

Develop custom connectors formulas and business logic to extend app functionality.

Ensure best practices for data integrity app performance and security within the Power Platform.

Collaborate with business analysts end users and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Troubleshoot debug and enhance existing Power Platform solutions.

Maintain clear technical documentation and provide user training / support when needed.

Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Power Platform updates features and licensing models.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.

5 years of hands-on experience in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) and Power Automate.

Strong understanding of Power Platform architecture Dataverse and integration techniques .

Experience developing solutions integrated with SharePoint Online (lists document libraries permissions etc.).

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams Outlook Forms Excel etc.).

Experience with JSON REST APIs and connectors for system integrations.

Basic understanding of Azure services PowerShell scripting or custom connector development is an advantage.

Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

Microsoft Certified : Power Platform App Maker / Developer Associate .

Experience with Power Virtual Agents or AI Builder .

Prior experience in Agile / Scrum environments.

Experience with governance deployment and environment management in Power Platform.
