Job Description :
- Team Leadership : Lead a team of Power Apps Developers for designing and developing custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
- Application Development : Translate business requirements into functional applications and workflows that meet business needs.
- Technical Support : Provide high-level technical support and assistance to business users.
- Compliance & Performance : Ensure applications comply with security, performance, and compliance standards.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and other developers.
- Troubleshooting & Optimization : Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Agile Delivery : Manage agile squads and ensure timely delivery of digital solutions in an agile product delivery environment.
- Customer Focus : Maintain a customer-centric approach in all development and delivery processes.
Required Candidate Profile :
Experience : Minimum 3+ years in digital development management using Microsoft PowerApps.Skills : Hands-on, action-oriented, ability to prioritize and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.Language : Fluent in English.Mindset : Strong collaborative and customer-centric approach.Skills Required
