Role : Performance Marketer (Event Sales Specialist)

We are looking for a Performance Marketer with strong experience in event marketing and ticket / pass sales. This role will directly support our newly launched Leadership Residency Program, where achieving revenue and sales targets is crucial.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns with a strong focus on event ticket / pass sales.
- Develop and scale performance strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Create high-converting funnels for lead generation → nurturing → conversion for events.
- Conduct ROI analysis, A / B testing, and ensure campaign optimization to meet sales goals.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce engaging campaigns.
- Track user behavior, segment audiences, and monitor real-time performance.
- Provide detailed performance and revenue reports with projections.
- Take ownership of delivering assured ticket sales for the Leadership Residency Program.
Qualifications
Mandatory : Proven experience in event marketing and event ticket / pass sales via performance marketing.Strong track record of delivering sales for events, workshops, seminars, conferences, or similar programs.Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook / Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.Proficient in Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other optimization tools.Strong analytical capabilities in data evaluation, A / B testing, and ROI optimization.Understanding of budget planning, revenue forecasting, and campaign strategy.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Compensation
