Role Description
We are looking for a Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in running & optimizing Meta Ads + Google Ads for D2C brands. You will manage end-to-end performance campaigns, improve ROAS, reduce CAC, build scaling strategies, and work closely with our design & development teams to drive consistent growth for clients.
Also having great understanding of creatives will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
🔸 Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Plan, launch & manage performance campaigns on Meta & Google
- Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CAC, CPA , and high-quality conversions
- Scale winning campaigns and manage budgets effectively
- Analyze funnel metrics to maximize results
- Monitor daily performance and troubleshoot issues
🔸 D2C Strategy & Insights
Understand brand positioning, target audience & product-market fitBuild full-funnel strategies (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)Identify high-performing creatives and share insights with creative teamConduct competitor and market research🔸 Analytics & Reporting
Use GA4, Ads Manager, Shopify, Triple Whale (if familiar), etc.Daily, weekly & monthly reporting on KPIsIdentify patterns, drop-offs, & growth opportunities🔸 Collaboration
Work closely with the Graphic Design Team for creative briefsPartner with the Website Team for landing pages & CRO suggestionsCommunicate directly with clients for performance reviews (when needed)Qualifications
Expertise in Paid Advertising, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and performance marketing strategiesProficiency with analytics tools to track campaign performance and analyze data-driven insightsExperience in conducting A / B testing, optimizing campaigns, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS)Proficiency in social media marketing and strategy implementationStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a focus on innovationExceptional written and verbal communication skillsDeep understanding of D2C funnels, customer journeys & buying psychologyStrong analytical skills – ability to read data & optimize quicklyExperience with Shopify -based brands (preferred)Basic knowledge of CRO & landing page best practicesFamiliarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook AdsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; certifications in relevant areas are a plusPrevious experience working in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) or e-commerce businesses is highly desirableAbility to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
