We’re looking for a Customer Relations Manager who can build lasting relationships with our clients and ensure every member feels supported, motivated, and heard.

What you’ll do :

✨ Manage and nurture customer relationships

✨ Resolve queries and improve client satisfaction

✨ Maintain CRM records and track engagement

✨ Collaborate with fitness, nutrition & operations teams to enhance the customer journey

Who you are :

• Strong communicator with great people skills
• Organized, proactive, and solution-driven
• Experienced in customer service or relationship management
• (Bonus) Passionate about fitness or wellness

💰 CTC : ₹3.6 – ₹4.2 LPA (based on experience)

📍 Location : Mumbai (On-Site)
