We are seeking a Fulfilment Analyst with a strong growth mindset to ensure optimal inventory availability, smooth material flow, and effective coordination between global manufacturing teams and regional commercial operations-continuously driving improvements in service levels, operational efficiency, and overall business performance

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

• Manage regional inventory levels, ensure high product availability for priority customers, optimize stock control, remove slow-moving items, and oversee product phase-in / phase-out processes.
• Coordinate between global factories and regional sales teams to secure seamless product flow and improved customer lead times across the region.
• Support Sales, Customer Service, and internal stakeholders through timely follow-ups, operational coordination, and routine daily / weekly / monthly reporting.
• Monitor availability, delivery performance, and service metrics while providing analytical insights for S&OP, stock target reviews, and factory alignment.
• Lead operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives, including automation projects and optimized storage / material flow strategies.
• Use SAP (MM, SD, APO), BI reporting tools, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and internal platforms (SharePoint) to support planning, reporting, and decision-making.

Manage logistics service providers and ensure compliance with performance expectations and agreed KPIs.
