Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Admin professional located in Pune. The responsibilities include implementing and managing HR policies, handling employee benefits and personnel administration, and ensuring compliance with company-wide HR initiatives. The role involves overseeing HR management functions, coordinating with various departments, and streamlining administrative processes to support organizational objectives effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management
• Proficiency in HR Management, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage on-ground operations
• Advanced degree or certification in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in legal compliance and regulatory aspects is an added advantage
• Salary preparation, PF ESI leave calculation, Gruatuity calculation etc
• POSH act, code of conduct implementation
• Attendance and leave management
• Employee documentation
