Site Lead

About the Role

The Site Lead – India will provide strategic, operational, and cultural leadership for the India operations, driving business growth, operational excellence, and innovation across the organization. This role serves as the senior-most leader for India, responsible for aligning local execution with the company’s global vision, values, and strategic priorities.

The incumbent will lead the India Management Team and partner closely with global leaders across functions such as Technology, Data Analytics, Customer Experience, HR, Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure the optimal performance and scalability of the India center.

This position requires a visionary, hands-on leader with strong influencing skills, global stakeholder management experience, and a proven record of building and scaling high-performing teams in complex, matrixed environments.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Governance

• Provide strategic direction for the India entity, ensuring alignment with global business goals and priorities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Global Leadership Team, representing India operations in strategic discussions.
• Ensure compliance with all local statutory, legal, and financial regulations.
• Drive governance and operational excellence across all functions.
