Description
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead - Volume Hiring with 12-18 years of experience in the job market context of India to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for high-volume hiring across multiple locations and business units. The candidate must have a solid understanding of the job market in India and be able to develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-volume recruitment strategies across multiple locations and business units
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring of candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure alignment on recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Provide regular updates and metrics on recruitment activities to stakeholders
- Manage and develop a team of recruiters to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes
Skills and Qualifications
12-18 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, with a focus on the Indian job marketBachelor's degree in HR or related field; Master's degree preferredProven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategiesStrong knowledge of recruitment best practices and trendsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationExperience managing and developing a team of recruitersProficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsSkills Required
